Should I take out air crash insurance or would the airline automatically foot the bill?

Should I bother taking out air crash insurance or would the airline pay for any transportation costs for my remains to be shipped home? Morbid, but I need to know. Facts please if you know. Thanks.

1. chances are the plane will crash is slim i think it would be a waste of money :D
2. If you feel it its necessary, get some, You have to sue the airport to collect. It takes some time and you want your loved ones prepared.
