How many of the "Drive Safely" Victims on the Road Side are in hell?

Think about it, there are alot of Drive Safely In Loving Memory of's ? on the road that have Flowers and all that good stuff on them, but there are also the little lonely drive safely signs with Nothing at all, like their soul is in hell. How many of the Victims of a Fatality Road Crash do you think died not of Drunk Driving?
