- The state of Arizona has a two-year statute of limitations on filing personal injury lawsuits. As such, if you are injured in any kind of accident for which you are not at fault and plan to sue, your case must be filed within two years of the incident. Have you been in contact with the claims adjuster from the other party? Are you currently in the midst of negotiations?
