What are the consequences of driving without a license and having undocumented status?

If someone drives and crashes two automobiles causing damage, what are the consequences in court being that one is undocumented and has no license? Thanks for the help, greetings! =)

2. Zero, unless you get caught, then perhaps deportation, after a prison term, that depends upon the judge
3. Driving without a license is not a federal crime. In most cities, undocumented aliens are not reported to immigration by the police. So, unfortunately, there is not usually much a court will do. ICE is understaffed and probably would not have the resources to pick up an illegal alien anyway. Plus, our government does not really allow its agents to fully enforce the immigration laws.
