So should we also declare a ‘War on Cars?’ Your odds of being killed by a dog are 1 in 700,000…a ‘War on dogs maybe?’ Your odds of being killed by lightning are 1 in 600,000…how about a ‘War on lightning?’ Falling out of bed kills 600 Americans each year, can we declare a war on that?
