Was there an airplane crash on 13 Nov 1962? If so, which airline, where, how many casualties, list if any.?

1. The Aviation Safety Network, which maintains a database of commercial and military airline incidents going back to the early 1940s, lists no commercial airline crashes on that date. That doesn't mean that a non-commercial plane crashed on that date -- only that there were no commercial or military planes that did.
2. There was one on the 23rd in Maryland, United Airlines, 17 killed. Another on the 30th in New York, Eastern Airlines, 25 killed. One on the 9th in Kingston, Jamaica, PanAm, nonfatal. None found on the 13th.
