Was richard hammond the fastest surviving car crash victim ?

I know that Donald Campbell crashed and survived a 360mph crash in the 50's, Art Arfons crashed at 615mph and survived in 1965 and Craig Breedlove crashed at 650mph and survived the same year, but those were all on the bonneville flats in the USA. So Richard is obviously up there, and not fastest surviving car crash victim in the world, however is he the fastest living car crash victim that occured on british soil ?
